Bought it for wife’s relative looking to sell house. Bought it September 2024 when they were in process of clearing house out & hiring contractors to “spruce” up the place. It took about a month to coordinate & complete the repairs. Two weeks before the house was to be put on the market listing, they wrapped up St. Joseph in a cloth, dug a hole in the front of the house, said a prayer (I think they looked online for a prayer that met their needs), covered him up and went about their lives. A week later, realtor called with an interested buyer (before house was listed), showed it & an offer was put in same day.
