TOKINA ATX-i 11-16mm F2.8 Nikon F

Purchased this before a trip to Scotland and it did not disappoint. It is quite heavy to carry around, but overall I’m happy with the quality of photos, especially for the price. Works really well in low light to capture detail and stays sharp throughout the frame. I’m not a professional photographer, but I am a very experienced enthusiastic and I’m very happy with this purchase.

You can read reviews and opinions all day and not exhaust all the good things people write about this lens. Is there better glass? Sure, but not anywhere near this price point. I did a lot of research before making my purchase and am very pleased. Any image differences between this lens and a Nikon costing 2X as much are negligible. If you have to have the very best, shop Nikon, but if you want a great value and outstanding photo quality this lens can't be beat.

Camerabox delivered this lens in excellent condition when they said they would. I've been trying to put it to the test and it seems to pass fairly well. I was concerned about focusing and clarity. When focused properly, the picture is pretty clear. The auto focus doesn't seem to be consistent, especially while in "Live View". I have it on a Nikon D3500. After taking a photo in live view, the focus will change, hunting for another focus point for a second or two afterwards. Single point focus is better, but, the lens will show different focus distances when focusing at the same point, while in a stable position on a tabletop. Maybe it is the wide angle lens that has this effect. I don't know.

Great lens and price. I wanted a wide angle lens that was fast as 2.8 certainly delivers. A very solid build.

I planned on getting the older model, the tried and true AT-X116 Pro DX II. But after reading about this one, it sounded great and I took a chance on it (new models of almost any product in their first year can have bugs that need to be worked out). However, so far, so good, and I have nothing but praise for this lens. Although the zoom range is more limited, this lens at its widest end is sharper and brighter in the corners than my older S***a 10-20mm (and that's what I was looking for).

Great lens for night sky photography.

Use it on my D7500, and I love it. Great IQ and remarkably responsive. Can’t say enough about it! Great lens!

Bu arada Amazon sağolsun zam yapmayı unutmuştu bedavadan az pahalı aldım .

Nice wide angle lens for cropped sensor camera. Nice and sharp. Autofocus is quick enough, your not going to be chasing birds with this. Nice solid build qaulity. My only nit pick is the focus motor noise which sounds a bit clunky but not a big issue.

Estoy súper contento con la compra de este objetivo, calidad increíble, buena construcción y muy manejable. Lo uso para fotografía y vídeo de discotecas y es la mejor compra que he hecho últimamente. Muy recomendable.
