I am currently 26 weeks pregnant and i have been wearing this belt for about two days now. I love it and I really do think it helps with posture and back relief. It helps me align my pelvis more so that im not standing at a weird angle due to the weight of my belly and breast. Though i know it says to hook it in the back, I actually prefer to wear it backwards where the belly part is on my back. I find it much more comfortable and easier to put on. Would totally recommend.

I have mix feeling about this one. The quality is good and so is the support. Definitely helps you with the back pain. However, I don’t like the fit on it. I wish the belt which you lock was at the front instead of the back. It gets harder to lock it using ur arms to the back. I tried with rotating but it the fit doesn't feels right after u rotate from front to back. Another thing I didn’t like is that it leaves a mark around ur belly and when u take it off, you get itchy. I put it on after using coconut oil, baby powder, lotions and it just doesn’t work so u will have a belly mark and might feel itchiness. So I stopped wearing it. The fabric is stretchy and very soft and it not that thick for you to sweat. But those are the heads up you want to know before purchasing.

The basics and the only one Ive found that works wonders! I started needing this around 3 months pregnant because of the excruciating hip and lower back pain and this was recommended to me by my OBGYN. Great value for money, adjustable fit to grow with you, and great support. Can be challenging to put on yourself since its adjusted from the back to fit tight enough but that is the ONLY flaw.

Disappointed with this purchase. 1. I don’t think it fit the way they intend it to. I can barely fit it around my waist, but when I wear it, there’s just a weird flap 2. Wearing it this way doesn’t really offer me much support, and it just feels like I’m wearing uncomfortable pants. I got this hoping it would help my lower back pain. With that said, the compression could maybe cover more surface area on my back. What I DO like is the pad in the front. It helps with keeping my belly comfortable and the Velcro is strong. I am really just most disappointed with the size and support. Maybe I need to give it more of a chance but I wore it on a walk and my back still hurt; my back actually felt more relief after I took it off.

I was 125 pounds pre-pregnancy for reference and wore a size 4. I have plenty of room to tighten and loosen the belt as I get bigger throughout pregnancy. I am glad I did not wait to order it, I felt immediate relief when I put it on. I work remote, it has stayed in place and provided relief while sitting.
