I originally started to use this product when I was on a Cruise 🚢 The Spa employees recommended this product to me and it really does help your aches and pains. I love love LOVE this bath milk!I have fibromyalgia and lower back issues. I can honestly say the first time I used it I was a little in shock! My mum had an Elemis spa day on a cruise and picked me up a bottle to see if it might help. I was completely pain free after a long soak in the bath.Yes it's pricey but it's often on offer and very much worth the price if you suffer aches and pains.The bubbles last for hours and smell is divine and very relaxing and lingers in the flat for a day after. Bonus!

I discovered Elemis a few years ago and this product is magic! It really helps sore muscles to feel less stiff and the smell of this product is so soothing and helps me breathe better.
