Is there caffeine in this tea ?

No. This particular type of Yogi Tea does not contain any caffeine. The type that does has black tea in it. It is the black tea that contains caffeine.

What's actually the ingredients? This page only says ginger, which is obviously not everything

The ingredients listed on the box are ginger root, lemongrass, lemon peel, licorice root, peppermint leaf and black pepper - all organic. It also shows a list of “other ingredients” as organic lemon flavor, natural licorice flavor, and citric acid.

16 tea bags per box and there are 6 boxes. Meaning there should be 96 tea bags.

Is this product beneficial at all for those trying to conceive?

Yes! My cycle went for a toss for more than a year and I could not concieve even after multiple tries. No doctor could help, they suggested I go to a fertility clinic and try artificial means. I tried Yogi Bedtime tea and and the very first month I ovulated on 14th day of my cycle and had my period on time. After 3 months of healthy periods I tried and concieved Naturally not needing any medical intervention. I had a very smooth pregnancy and this October I delivered a healthy baby boy. 😊 I also drank Yogi rasberry leaf tea a month before trying to concieve and in my last trimester. It tones your uterus, helps with implantation and also strenghtens your uterus for delivery. These are all my own experiences and opinions. Hope it helps someone else too to get a cute little one. 😊
