Is this free from animal protein? I am a vegetarian

This is all that’s listed in the ingredients: whey protein isolate, cocoa (processed with Alkai), natural and artificial flavors, lecithin, salt, cellulose gum, vanillin, sucralose, acesulfame potassium.

How sweet is this compared to other brands?

My husband has used other whey protein powders but likes this one best for ‘natural’ taste. He has taken 2 flavors- vanilla and chocolate - and likes both. He says you can’t taste artificial sweetener as in other products.

What's the different between this and optimum nutrition 100% whey gold standard?

I havent try this one, but gold standard has whey isolate also in less quantity 24g and this one is 30. Bcaas on gold is 5.5 g vs 13.3g on this. Gold has glutamine, I believe this one hasnt.
