Leg Avenue Women's Sheer Spandex Thigh Highs with Stay-Up Silicone Lace Top

I have bought Leg Avenue tights and knee high stockings before in the past, but never thigh highs. I was afraid they wouldn't stay up on my legs, but to be quiet honest they held up great. There is a small elastic band made into the top which grips on to your skin. After a full night of wearing them, I had no problems with them sliding down or having to pull them up. They ARE thin, so be careful to not snag them on anything or pull on them real tight (causing runs). To be honest, though .. that applies to almost all tights/stocking. Take care of them and be easy, they'll last longer. There is no "foot" in them, so you don't have to worry about the size not fitting you right. I am 5'7", wearing a size 8 in shoes, and they went all the way up on my thighs. I could have pulled them up higher, but if I was going to do that then I would have been better off buying tights. They look great, feel soft, and fit like a glove. I plan on ordering the other colors to match a few bustier sets I had bought. They don't look to bad paired with the right skirt, either.

This is the second pair of these which I have purchased, the first white pair looked so good on my girlfriend that I had to get a pair of red ones. They look incredible on her, she's around 5' and they fit fine, I was worried they may be a little long since she's so short but they're a perfect fit. The stay up top works really well as they do stay up on their own. A garter belt is definitely not needed but of course can be added for extra visual appeal if you like. Also, the lace top makes them look much sexier than plain stockings. They are definitely sheer enough, her painted toe nails are easily visible through the material. The first pair have been worn at least a dozen times and are still in pretty good condition. The second pair look just as good and there will likely be a third pair before too long. If your guy likes stockings or you're a guy who likes your girl in stockings, these are definitely a worthy purchase.

I am 5' 11" with a 34" inseam and these are perfect! They are comfortable, soft to the touch and great quality!! I cannot wear the regular stocking because the crotch is uncomfortable...but these thigh highs are great. They stay up and there is a silicone backing that helps. My thighs aren't particularly thick or slim so they are comfortable, they don't squeeze my legs. I wish they came in French coffee...I will be buying more and I am definitley converted...no more saggy crotch stocking for me!!!!!

So I had very low expectations for these stockings. I'm a big girl. 250lbs and 5"10, I thought they wouldn't fit or if they did fit I'd bulge out of them. I also assumed they would be lower. Wrong and wrong. They're absolutely gorgeous stockings. They go all the way up to the bottom of my butt almost, and made my legs look smooth and beautiful, no bulging. The best part, they DID stay up. I have a garter belt, and assumed I had to use that for these, but nope. Now here is where I got disappointed. they're very thin. Thile pulling on the left one, it developed a little hole where the lace meets the m a material, creating a long run down to my ankle like what happens to pantyhose. If this bothers you, I'd not recommend these for long term wear. But the run didn't bother me and my boyfriend still LOVED them regardless. UPDATE: after wearing them in public ONCE they were shredded. Absolutely shredded, after only one hole in one stocking. Honestly I was so heart broken because they were so beautiful. Both are just a pile of thread and I would only recommend these for one wear.

Context: 5'0, 96 lbs, skinny legs, small frame, light-skinned Asian Tl;dr: To the average population, nude is a good size but black may be small on you. To the tall, these may be too short because they actually fit me, and I'm very short. To average Caucasian skintones, nude may work on you. Quality seems to be about the same for both. I bought two of these: the Nude and the Black. The nude I'm going to list as "fits as expected" mainly because it is too big in circumference for my thighs. I expected that mainly because I'm a very small person, so if you're larger than me (as most of the population is), these may fit well. The length actually wasn't that big of a deal - it was about 3/4 up my thigh, which is where I like my thigh-highs. Being vertically challenged, I always wear short dresses and skirts, so I prefer having the lace up higher than midthigh. It fits the rest of my leg well with no sagging- only the thighs were the problem. Because it was loose in the thighs, I do not expect these to stay up very well - though I haven't worn them because the color is that awful. The nude color is *terrible* on me. It was just way too light and was clearly different from my arms and face. However, I am Asian, so it could just be a different undertone or something. I would've given these 2-3 stars, but the black ones saved the rating. The black ones are definitely "smaller than expected" because they fit me perfectly. I love these thigh-highs with a passion, and I really want to buy more. I love that they're sheer but not -too- sheer so that you can tell that you're actually wearing black stockings. They hit at the exact height I wanted and was a snug fit around my thighs with no bulges. The lace is sexy, and the hose feels comfortable. The sticky part isn't silicon-y, so it hasn't irritated my skin or anything. They actually do stay up without garters :) The lace seems rather flimsy and thin compared to other brands I've tried, but I actually don't mind. It makes them more flexible, I think, so that it moves with you.

I'm 170lbs, generally wear a size large in pants, and I ALWAYS wear plus size stockings. These fit me okay, but even these were as small as I'd like to wear. Wish the band was a little bigger to sit higher on my thigh.

I haven't really had much cause to wear this kind of undergarment until I met my boyfriend who absolutely loves this look and feel. The only place I could find them in my size was at Fredericks of Hollywood. The ones that I bought there at Fredericks were stunning on me. I am larger build in height and weight (about 5'10" and about a 3X) with very long legs. After I couldn't get them from Fredericks anymore (manufacturer dispute I am told) I turned to Amazon. These stockings had potential to be just like the ones I loved from FOH. However they were useless to me. I slipped on the 1st pair and noticed a massive quality difference.These were cheap and thin. Once I got them on, they wouldn't stay up in place for more than a minute while I was standing still, and as soon as I walked out the door for our date, they started rolling down my leg. An hour after I put them on, completely frustrated, at the restaurant I took them off and threw them in the bathroom trash since I had poked my finger right through the top by continually having to pull on them to try and keep them in place. So so so soooooooo disappointed in this purchase. Don't be attracted to the cheap cost. I bought two pair and they were cheaper together than the one pair from FOH. It was just money thrown away. Nothing is more unsexy than yanking at your stockings all night not to mention the people staring at me as if I were a crazy person with no couth or fashion ability and my boyfriend asking "are you okay?". The second pair went exactly the same as the first pair did. I gave the second pair a try thinking it might have just been a defect in the first pair. Don't waste your time or money.
