A handy alternative.
Bought for my wife in place of injections. Value for money is good, no obvious side effects (I’ll hold with the sarcasm) and not made for horses so easy to swallow. She says they are an improvement but a longer trial is probably needed.

Recommend to those who really need it
I waited for a while to see if these B12 tablets worked and so far so good! I've been having B12 "injections" every 8 weeks for the past 34 years due to having a complete deficiency, caused by an autoimmune disorder called Pernicious Anaemia. Ordinarily, I'd go to the Surgery and have my B12 injection but due to the Coronavirus the GPs decided to stop giving them for the time being, suggesting that patients should buy the B12 tablets in place. As I said, up to now the tablets seem to be keeping my level of B12 up in the same way the injection does, so what a bonus! The people who'll really benefit from these B12 tablets are people who have a known deficiency, like myself, or people who take certain medications which destroy the "intrinsic factor" which lies in the stomach and which is responsible for absorbing B12. It'd also be good for people who don't eat a healthy diet. If you decide to start taking the B12 tablets, even though your levels are normal then it's still ok to do so. There's no way you can overdose on B12 so therefore it's not harmful if you have too much. The reason for this is - your body will only take and store as much as it needs and the surplus will be excreted through urine. So consequently, instead of taking 1,000mcg, you could take 50,000mcg and you'd still be ok. The only thing that would happen is that you'd have wasted your money as you'd literally be flushing it down the toilet! So, before you start taking B12 tablets, I'd suggest you get your GP to do a blood test to check if your levels are normal or not. If not, then you could take B12 tablets which would then bring your levels up to normal and then keep maintaining the same level. You'd then wish you'd have taken them much earlier because you'll feel a real difference in your energy levels - you'd be able to jump over a 5-barred gate with the greatest of ease!! I hope my review has been helpful for anyone who's been hesitating about taking the tablets. It's a fact that they do far more good than harm!!

Vitamin B12
Have been taking these for years. Nice and small and easy to swallow. Only complaint is the container is unnecessarily large as the tablets don't even come up to the half way mark. Why do this?
