Gekauft, nach kurzer Zeit war das Ding auch da, ausgepackt, Firewall konfiguriert und los ging es. Soweit so gut. Nach 11 Monaten allerdings Defekt am Board. Hat mir beim Support keiner geglaubt (und die Diskussionen waren nicht in 5 Minuten erledigt...) - ich musste allen Ernstes das Gerät komplett nach China versenden - Versand kostet über 40 Euro... Nach 5 Wochen mit einer Ersatz-Firewall kam das Schätzchen auf Garantie repariert mit einem neuen Board wieder zurück, Backup eingespielt, seitdem läuft es wieder. Hardware ist ja eigentlich super. Alles gut also. Werde mir trotzdem nichts mehr aus China liefern lassen - Versandkosten, Zeit und nicht zu vergessen das Geld für die Ersatzfirewall - da kann ich mir dann auch von einem zumindest in Europa vertretenem Hersteller so ein Stückchen leisten.
