I've bought several of these to replace the built-in ones at our church building. I've haven't had one jam yet. They operate and load easy without the center bar that most others have. Just drop the roll in, pull the paper down between the rollers and go. The plastic construction seems a little light for heavy abuse places like schools, but for the price they are easily replaceable.

Think I'm going to replace all the other restrooms with this kind of dispenser. Easy to assemble and use.

Love having this available in the kitchen. Much nicer than replacing paper towels every few weeks.

We didn’t get a handle for the dispenser… this is the third one we purchased, and we like them a lot…but we need a handle shipped to us..please?

Bought 3 of them and the handle mechanism is severely flawed, push spins upwards only when it’s supposed to go downwards, towels get jammed. Couldn’t fix, the handle installation is off, got it working for 3 seconds and it worked for a minute then broke again. Severely frustrating..

I cannot say whether it works because it didn’t come with towels.

This one is cheap and easy to use. It came already assembled and I just had to bolt it to the wall. There are three holes on the top so it seems secure. There is no rod through the core so the core size does not matter. This should take most standard 8 inch towels. Loading it is easy too, just stick the end of the towel between the rollers and push the lever.
