While it is not really instant, one has to mix it in warm temperature water and mix really well to avoid lumps - it is still a wonderful addition to my oat bran and oatmeal to sweeten them and add protein. I love it instead of adding milk, and after I cook it I enjoy it warm. However I cook extra to have as a cold dessert the next day. Like a lovely pudding without sugar, as it is sweetened with stevia. Once I learnt how to fix it, I really treasure this addition.

Just like the others note, this became very clumpy as soon as I added warm milk. It's not smooth, not edible, and I might even agree with the others that it tastes like lumpy glue......

used this for my protein shakes to give a thicker texture a very little goes a long way taste amazing

Easy to prepare and tastes great

Silly me, I expected custard from a custard mix! There are no eggs in the mix, and despite the use of the word "vanilla" on the bag, there's no aroma of any kind when it's opened. It congeled rather immediately, not allowing 3-minutes of mixing and requiring more than 3 minutes with a heavy scrub brush to get the gunk off the mixer. After chilling it, I dared to taste it. Actually I TRIED to taste it, but there was no taste - none at all! And I was afraid I'd need to take that heavy duty scrub brush to my teeth to get the gluey mess off of them. If you need winter caulking for your windows and doors, here's your goo!
