TerraTherm Insole Foot Warmers - Air Activated - 8 hours of warm feet - 5, 10 or 30 Pairs Heated Insoles - 100% natural warmth

These are brilliant thermal pads, they keep my feet warm when cycling early in the morning (~6am). They're super eay to use, and very comfortable. The heat in the pad is oxygen activated, so I open the pack about 5mins before I'm due to leave the house, and waft them about to get some airflow over them, then I'll leave them for 2-3mins, before inserting into my shoes and leaving. Yes, they add a little thinkness to the inside of your footwear, so allow for that. I use them with size 43 shoes. Things to note: [1] They are oxygen activated, so if there's no airflow in your footwear you might have to re-activate them every now and again, yes by taking your foot out of the shoe. [2] These can get properly warm, if your foot moves a lot of air inside your footwear (like if you're jogging on the spot), so make sure to wear suitable socks. [3] One side of the insert is shiny, the other matt. Put the shiny side face down into your footwear. [4] In order to seal the active material into the insert there's an approx 10mm band around the edge of the insole where there's no activate/heating material. [5] They're single use. [6] You'll know when they're spent because the active material gets firm in the insole. [7] When they get wet...like raining on them wet because they deactivate.

Really rate these insoles highly apart from one frustrating aspect. When going on a longish walk, they have a regular habit of working their way out of the back of my trainers resulting in having to stop regularly to refit. They poke out of the heel area which if not refitted, rub on the back of the heel and break the skin? Not seen this mentioned in the comments at all so any remedial ideas really welcome!

Why did you choose this product over others?: Tried others & these stay warmer for time stated

Bought these as i suffer with cold feet, especially when im outdoors i cant feel my feet. So I used these and they get instant hot which is nice, but can be uncomfortable but I didnt mind them being hot. Will advise putting few socks on just so you cant feel the instant heat, but they work and im very happy and will buy more again. They stayed warm for a very long time didnt have to worry all day, thank you.

Ich habe die TerraTherm Wärmesohlen ausprobiert und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Sohlen aktivieren sich beim Kontakt mit Luft und liefern tatsächlich bis zu 8 Stunden angenehme Wärme – perfekt für lange Spaziergänge im Winter oder Outdoor-Aktivitäten bei kalten Temperaturen. Positiv: Einfach zu aktivieren und sofort warm. Hält die Füße angenehm warm, ohne zu überhitzen. Passt gut in normale Schuhe und Stiefel. Negativ: Einmal aktiviert, kann man die Sohlen nicht wiederverwenden. Bei sehr nassem Wetter wird die Wärme etwas weniger konstant. Fazit: Für alle, die bei Kälte unterwegs sind, sind diese Sohlen eine praktische Lösung. Ich würde sie wieder kaufen, besonders für Winterwanderungen oder lange Outdoor-Arbeiten.

These are great. They slip into your shoe and keep your feet warm for at least 8 hrs even when I'm snowshoeing.
