Once you get the headphones, please clean the contacts on the 3.5mm jack. These are both the outside (metallic part), and the inside (crevices that appear to be black).If you get any of the following issues, very likely your problem will disappear:1- L/R side not having sound/having a different track playing from your usual test audio.2- Very low quality audio. As in, muffled/unaudible, static, etc.3- If your mic sounds really poorly.Cleaning the contacts is very simple. Use a splash of water on one of your fingers, cover the 3.5mm jack (metallic section) with it, then just scrap it off with a piece of cloth gently. Remember to pass that same piece of cloth over the crevices to make sure everything's usable.Apart from that, it's a pretty good set of headphones by the price. Just that minor detail out of the box, and after you're good to go.

I'm surprised by the quality of the sound, very clear and the bass sounds very good. I think that Philips is synonym of quality.

I was looking for an small earbud to keep on my backpack when not in the office, as I do many Skype calls. So for me it matters what the other side hears, not only what I hear. I'm a music addicted and my main pair of headphones is a Sennheiser PXC 550. All that said, this little thing is well built, fits comfortably on the ear, even for longer periods , the sound is fair and balanced, with good bass.When talking to someone, the other side can hear clearly and without interference.For me, it got the job done, and the value for money is excellent.

I've worn various Phillips wired earbuds for sleeping for the past 10 years. So far, these are my favorite as far as comfort. I can wear these while sleeping on my side without any discomfort. Also, the sound quality on these is really good.

My previous over ear headphones were destroyed by my dog and I had to replace them fast. I didn't want to spend enough to get a pair that was going to last. This was only for the interim between headsets/earbuds.What I didn't know was that these wouldn't even be usable for that amount of time. Immediately upon inserting them into my ear I recognized that they were going to make my ears hurt. Maybe this is simply a sign that I have abnormally small ear holes.The sound quality wasn't to the level I was used to with my old headset. That made it difficult to pick up on different sounds. Especially if using the earbuds for any kind of team chat.Ultimately, I ended up buying a set from skull candy. As loathe as I was to do it, they functioned better and the actual rubber insert made them much more comfortable.

Fit well for small ears. I struggle to find ear buds that work well and don't hurt. These are perfect. Great sound and noise cancelling, which I love. I like the clip to keep the mic stable. Nice feature.

The main reason I bought these headphones was because of the ergonomic bud shape. I wanted this as quick solution to jump into conference calls without having to worry about wether my wireless earbuds were charged or not. The quality doesn’t feel great when you get them out of the packaging but I really just wanted a cheap and quick solution to jumping on calls. They fit well in my ear and the sound was alright for calls. Until a couple of days later one of my colleges kindly told me that my microphone had been acting up and cutting off my voice pretty frequently in recent meeting. If this product is willing to offer a microphone at such low quality then why offer it at all.

Okay, I had to come and write a reveiw. These babies made it through the wash.. and still work! I love the sound of these great for the gym, I will say the chord is a little long and you cant adjust them. Otherwise I'm very pleased with these. Very durable lol! Will now live in my gym bag and not my pocket.
