NOT the same tea anymore! Bits of green leaves in it, weird flavor.
I've been drinking this tea for about 20 years. I make my own chai masala and it goes great with this tea. However, the last batch had bits of green leaves in it and didn't taste the same at all. You can compare what I received (bottom bowl) with what it's looked like for 20+ years in the top bowl. It's supposed to just be black tea. This is really disappointing because the packaging hasn't changed at all and there was no way to know I wasn't getting what I've always gotten.

Not a 1kg package
Really good tea, if you like it strong, I’ve been drinking it before years (since before Amazon, lol!). However, 1kg is 1000g, and this package is 900g. Deceptive description. I’ll be buying from a different retailer in future.

This is not the same one we used to buy. The quality has gotten worse
The Tea is no longer pure orange pekoe like it used to be, it is now a lower grade tea with larger tea leaves from lower sections of the tea plant. Orange pekoe is the 2nd level of leaves on the tea plant, this is the 4th level. Also, it has some type of green leaves mixed with it which ruins the taste.
