Are these kits 'legal' (ie, you won't get disqualified) for bsa (boy scouts) official pinewood derby?

It all depends on your race rules. These are not the official BSA kits. If you are allowed to use kits other then BSA kits, these would be acceptable.

I need to know if these wheels remove material from inside the wheel surfaces

These wheels are not machined at all, they are the way they come from our molding company. They are Maximum Velocity manufactured wheels.

Here’s is the info in the description below the pictures: “PREMIUM BLOCKS - Our derby car kit blocks are soft, kiln-dried, northwestern pine blocks, cut precisely to 7 inches long, 1-3/4 inches wide. Accurately duplicating the dimensions of the BSA pinewood block.“

when will you have more?

There are more sent in just waiting to be checked in. They should be available within the next couple days.
