I purchased this product along with the lip scrub and it’s only been a few days but I am seeing results already. My lips were chapped, dry, and discolored and it is bring them back to life. I’m a black male and the products are great to add to your daily moisturizer and health regime.

Update: I was amazed to get a response to this from the seller, offering a full refund! Nobody refunds toiletries, right?! But they chose to even though it was my allergies at fault. They did NOT ask me to update my review, but I feel like anyone who goes out of their way to offer a refund I didn’t even ask for deserves 5 stars. Especially when it’s not their product that was necessarily bad but rather that I have very bad allergies. —- Didn’t work for me but I have a lot of allergies to things, so I am giving it 3 stars, assuming it could work for someone else. It is a very tiny bottle. And the balm had a nice smooth texture.

I've been using this for about 2 years, at bedtime, over lip stain, when my lips get a little dry, etc. It's very nourishing and doesn't sit on top of the skin like some lip products do. It leaves my lips feeling soft and moisturized, and I plan to try some of this brand's other lip products soon. The only downside I would say is that sometimes there are small beads of hardened oil that do not melt down like the rest of the balm. But other than that, I've loved it.

After nearly a month of bleeding, peeling, cracked, painful lips and trying every oil, butter, cream, mask and treatment for them this is the only thing that helped. After ONE night of use my lips are 75% better FINALLY. Its silky smooth and shiny, no smell, no taste and apparently magical healing powers. The next morning my lips felt a bit dry but I let them be and used the mask again at night. 10/10

I put the mask on before bed and when I wake up a couple hours later, it’s pretty much gone. Then I started getting random whiteheads along my lip line; THAT is why I’m going to try a different one. My lips seemed a tiny bit better in the morning but I can’t deal with the white heads.

I am very satisfied. I have tried many products before. None have worked as well as your product. I had extremely dry lip. I tried my daughter's Lip Srub and was amazed. It immediately started removing the dryness. It just flaked off. I used it directly on my lips and the outer area around my lips. I was so impressed I immediately purchased my own. I also purchased the Lip Srub Mask. I love them both. I will continue to by this product

I bought this product as a stocking filler for my 3 girls (2 x teenagers and 20yo). It is great! Nourishes lips overnight and they feel moisturised and smooth in the morning. Very happy - will be purchasing again.

I usually get chapped lips if the lip mask is not effective, I was using other brand butter mask for lips from Kiehls, and my lips were so soft, the minute it finished and I bought this one to try based on reviews here, my lips started getting dryer everyday and now I have chapped lips and this mask is not helping. Maybe works for other but unfortunately not for me.

This stuff is awesome! I had a BAD crack in the center of my bottom lip. By the 2nd night sleeping with the mask, it was healed beautifully! Got this to replace my Polysporing lip mask and I will never go back!

Even after 1 night using this I could feel a difference, it's healed up some peeling/cracking on my bottom lip that wouldn't go away before. Nice feel to the mask itself, neutral smell, and a little goes a long way.
