I use these as mini scaffolding along a 5' tall swim spa in order to get the covers open. I bought two, they collapse flat for storage or putting into a vehicle, they have handles that make them very easy to move around, and they're very sturdy when you stand on them. I will totally use these the next time I am painting a wall or something high up.The step up on the sides are not very wide, though, that would be my only complaint, so you might need something nearby to steady yourself as you step up. I always hold onto the swim spa as I step up and down, for sure, and I'm 5'8". If I were painting with these I would put a ladder nearby for something to hold onto while getting up and down. (If you're a tall man or young and strong, I'm sure you'd just step up and down and not use the side step.)

My gorilla platform just arrived. My gf and I were taking turns getting on it to check it out. While I was standing on it our 110 lb dog decided it looked like fun so she joined me. I got down but she jumped right back on there. We were just talking about how we would get her into my new truck once the cap comes in. Looks like that problem is solved! Side note, while waiting for this thing to ship I ended up seeing it at Home Depot for $69, which would’ve been about $20 cheaper than I got it for on Amazon. I did pick a seller that was about $10 more than others because they were going to guarantee delivery a week sooner.

Ive been wanting something like this for a while,but they were either to expensive or too heavy. This is neither.Dont let the price fool you. Its very sturdy and so light that it can be moved around one handed. I bought two so I could skim coat a cieling. Such a time saver.Highly recommended to amyone that’s sick og moving around ladders every three feet.

These stands are by far the best I've ever seen & used, there is no wobble when standing or moving around..Extremely lightweight for there size, & the carrying handle keeps it well balanced when transporting...I strongly recommend this product..they are capable to withstand more weight than what they say by a long shot

Bought a second one of these for hanging drywall, they are pretty great! Only issue I have with this, is that the hinges are hard to move open/shut. Other than that, I like it. Doesn't weight much and easy to carry and move around. Great for everyone!

Works like a step but way more comfortable. I can be on this for hours without my legs hurting. Can reach the top of an 7ft wall for painting or muding.

I just got this today. I wasn't expecting it till the first of March. I am happy it came early. I will take it to work tomorrow and post more pictures then. And add more info to my review. I can hardly wait till tomorrow morning. Sorry it took longer to update then I stated. I love this folding scaffold. It is very easy to fold and carry from aisle to aisle in the stores where I work as a merchandiser. I don't have more pictures yet but will post some from work soon.
