I bought this 12oz mug on looks alone. It looks really good in Gold, but, not only does it look good, it performs well. It keeps coffee hot and drinkable for an hour or more. Too hot for the first ten minutes. The lid is not totally sealed, so not really ideal for travelling in a car. The mouthpiece is always open. Very easy to clean, although I have not tried in the dishwasher. The 12oz mug just fits in the De'longhi Dolce Gusto Genio S machine which is a bonus. Bottom and walls of the cup stay cool when filled with hot coffee, so no worries about marking the furniture. Overall I'm delighted. Just bought another.

First off, I love the look of this cup. It’s got a nice feel about it, looks great and is just what I wanted. Perfect size for what I wanted for work. However, the lid is really poor quality and has cracked already. It’s a real shame because it looks like a classy product, but these lids let it down. Update: I received excellent customer service from the seller, who resolved my issue with the lid.

Very pretty and good quality. Not completely leak proof as it has a hole in the lid that cannot be closed. Probably not good for car travel as it has wide bottom and might not fit in a standard cup holder. But I bought mine for when I'm gardening and it's perfect for that. I leave it on a bench outside and it keeps hot for a long time. I normally hate drinking through the opening in the lid and with all other cups I always took the lid off, but this one is very comfortable and I can drink safely without scolding my lips. It is perfect. I'm going to buy another one to use at work

2025 review → still a great cup, on my second one this time a gold color, unfortunately the first lid /cap didn't survive being used five days a week for 2 years. Still makes the perfect size cappuccino for me. Like this cup al lot! The rubber band around cup stops any slippage when holding it,. The clear top fits well and firm. Its NOT leak proof and not designed for that purpose anyway. Bought both sizes for either cappuccino or larger latte coffees and teas. Love also the muted but stylish colours. All in all a quality cup.

I use this with a somewhat elderly and slow gaggia expresso machine so that the coffee does not go cold whilst the machine takes its time about producing the the coffee. The mug maintains the the temperature of the brew well. It is a pleasant bulb shaped mug to drink out of - but it is small - 250ml - so you are only going to fit a small coffee in here - not a regular nor a large. This suits me fine for espresso, even though it is a bit big for this.

I just use it in the office where we got rid of the disposable coffee cups recently. This works great, some people got similar glass tumblers but they got really hot to hold on the outside. This doesn't have any such issues. The seal works great though it cannot be shut (the bit you drink out of) but I knew that when ordering and it wasn't something I required. It feels high quality to hold. Some people in my office think it doesn't hold enough but it is fine for me so consider what size of cup you are looking for when purchasing. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase and my biggest problem is trying to drink less coffee!

I really like this product; it looks great, it's easy to hold and it keeps my coffee warm. It's not perfect though. The cup has a really snug fitting lid with a gap for drinking, unfortunately there is no option to seal the hole so expect the odd splash or spill when you are on the go. The aesthetics of the cup are undeniable, but that bell bottom shape is pretty awkward when it comes to car cup holders and I have yet to find one that fits. Overall this cup is perfect for around the house or the office, but there will be better options for on the go and the daily commute.

Initially I was not enamored with this product, but that was before I read the "tips". I was not heating the cup prior to pouring my coffee. With that resolved it holds the heat really well. However, this cup only holds 6 oz of coffee(: But my husband was so thrilled with his gift-giving that I wouldn't dare disappoint him. The great news is I chill it in the refrigerator and it is wonderful for keeping white wine appropriately chilled! So if you drink small amounts of coffee this is great, and if you enjoy chilled beverages sans the ice it is perfect.

I bought it for my husband and he loves it for his espresso coffee. It’s a perfect size and model. Looks very nice and good quality too. My husband is a very difficult person to please when it comes to gifts or small attentions. So that was definitely a win for me.

Perfect size for my espresso machine! I tend to drink smaller Americanos and lattes. The smaller size is also nice for sipping on cold brew or french press throughout the work day. Holds temperature really well for a couple of hours, so I'm able to actually enjoy my full cup of coffee. Obviously not leak proof because of the type of lid, but definitely saves me from spills/splashing sometimes. Plus I LOVE the look of it. Great accessory for my watch! Lol Also is really nice for wine! Once you clean it, there are no smells left behind, so it can be versatile.

The little mug is beautiful and a pleasure to hold. It fits right into your hand , and while the coffee inside it might be quite hot, the mug remains cool to the touch. It keeps coffee hot for a few hours, not as long as other mugs, but long enough to enjoy that hot cup of Cuban coffee for a couple of hours. I would like to know where we can get replacement lids for it. Anyway, it is a perfect little mug for my Cuban coffee!

Ordered 2 rose gold cups. Very pleased, nice size, keeps coffee hot, easy to clean, great looking. Immediately ordered 2 more in rose gold. Swift delivery, packed very well. Unfortunately, instead of 2 rose gold cups, I received one rose gold and one gold one. Since the color of the cup doesn’t change any of the other positives about the cup, I decided not to return it for the correct color. Other than receiving the wrong color, the cups are fantastic. A little spendy, but worth it.
