I really like these cards. Easy to read, use, and no problems understanding the exercise. Good ideas for exercises and how to take a different approach to spruce it up. Trying to get into exercising myself, so this is a help to me. Also, the package is nice that holds the cards, magnetic closure to keep cards in one spot. Cards are decent, sturdy. I mean, pawing through them is easy and has a little description telling what the colors are for exercises, ease of use for sure. I even told my friend about it, she didn’t even know they made these types of cards, so that was also a plus to let her know.

I got these for my wife to use when she is doing her resistance band exercises. She likes to mix and match or sometimes shuffle them, pick however many and do the routine. Nice size cards and easy to read. These should work well for you.

I've scanned the cards to view videos that show how to do each exercise. This has come in very handy. I would defintely recommend.

Ok....For starters, yes, they are a little pricey compared to other companies workout decks. Having said that, these cards are much bigger and easier to read. Also, labeled in the corners just like a normal deck of cards, which has the opportunity to turn into another workout "game", especially if you have a workout partner or team. Color coding makes them easy to separate into specific body parts/days. Bottom Line: Well thought out. Better than any other deck out there, in my opinion. Buy these if for no other reason than they come in a great box and SO EASY TO READ! Oh...and why only 4 stars? Because in my opinion nothing is perfect. Why are you still reading this?? Order these cards already!!

Since I bought a Heavy Duty Steel Resistance Band Bar by TRIBE LIFTING also sold by Amazon -- search for it if you want and already have the Hygear Gear 1 (Band+) by Hygear Fitness, I decided to purchase card decks to build my own freestyle/DIY workout routines. I chose both this Stack 52 Resistance Band Exercise Cards and the Pilates Bar Kit Workout Cards by "Flow Dare". Pros: Superior hard-shell case: The magnetic-closure box is a huge highlight. Unlike flimsy paper boxes, this rigid case keeps the cards completely safe, flat, and organized when tossed in a gym bag or packed for travel. Compact & portable: The smaller card footprint makes it easy to carry around without taking up much space. Good exercise variety: 52 distinct cards offer plenty of movement options for freestyle workouts. Functional QR codes: Convenient video access if you need to double-check form on a specific move. Cons: Poor contrast & dark backgrounds: Fully saturated background colors (dark red, purple, etc.) make the cards hard to read under standard room lighting when placed on the floor or an exercise mat. Cluttered front design: Fitting full text descriptions directly under the pictures shrinks the exercise illustrations, making them hard to parse at a glance during a set. Forced phone reliance: The combination of small diagrams and dark backgrounds often forces you to scan the QR code to watch the video on your phone, defeating the main purpose of using a physical card deck. Side-by-Side Comparison: Stack 52 completely wins on packaging quality—its heavy-duty magnetic hard case is far superior to Flow Dare’s standard paper tuck-top box, which easily crushes. However, when it comes to in-workout card design, Flow Dare handles legibility much better by using clean white backgrounds, larger diagrams with breathing cues on the front, and putting detailed instructions on the back. Bottom Line: I am using these cards at home, so a hard-shell magnetic flip-top box doesn't make much of a difference for my setup. However, for people who constantly go to the commercial gym without a trainer, this box can be perfect—as soon as you're done with a card, you can safely store it right back in that rugged case without worrying about damage. Overall, if packaging durability is your top priority, Stack 52 is great, but if you prioritize at-a-glance readability during a workout, the card layout itself could use improvement. But for me, since I use them at home, the quality of the card presentation is the deal breaker. The dark background color is too hard on my eyes, and therefore I give it a 3-star rating. Since I bought a Heavy Duty Steel Resistance Band Bar by TRIBE LIFTING and already have the Hygear Gear 1 (Band+) by Hygear Fitness, which is a premium quality band (it has the Habeats app to watch the exercise videos and track your data), I still prefer the DIY workout style. Combining these two card decks gives me the perfect balance to build my own routines. Screenshots have been attached to clarify my decision to rate it as 3 stars.

I liked the stack 52 bands for there ease of use. My husband liked it as well. It comes with an app that shows how to use the bands in different ways.

Unlike some exercise cards I've seen, these are well made and easy to follow. Access to video demos clarifies any queries. The grading is helpful and allows reasonable progression. The box is sturdy and the magnetic closure strong enough to throw in the gym bag ready when needed.
