I am short and 62 years of age. It solved my problem of shoulder strain very effectively. I would highly recommend this to anyone who experiences shoulder strain while walking long distances with skiis and polls. It seems very sturdy.

Great straps. Strong velcro on the ski straps and durable clips for the shoulder carrier. Only complaint is that the plastic piece on the shoulder strap doesn't slide down to where the nylon is overlapped (when you've shortened the shoulder strap for children) making it slippery on top of winter coats. Still - a few times slipping off their shoulders is better than me having to lug both kid's skis from the car to the lodge myself.

Easy to use and makes carrying skis a lot easier, especially with kids. A bit bulky to put in a coat pocket, but I carry a backpack when skiing so not a concern.

The carrier works great in transporting ski and poles, but one of the rubber pad unfortunately break off on our second weekend trip.

No more struggling to carry my equipment!! Takes a only a minute or two to put it on and suddenly it doesn't matter if you have to walk out to the far parking lot!!
