I ve been told you need phosphate and nitrate to.boost the growth of caulerpa.is that true?,my caulerpas are fading away.what shall i use please advis

Phosphate should be about 0.2 Nitrate as low as possible, if your nitrate is high say above 25 then water changes are needed to bring it down, in other words your Cheato carnt cope with high nitrate, That may be the reason it could also be your light on your refugium is not powerful enough, hope this helps
