The instructions say 4 pills per day, but I only drink 1 daily and I have to say my nails, my skin, my hair, specially my body hair has gotten thicker, my skin has gotten shinier and more glowy. I was skeptic of this product, maybe its placebo, but all I can say is I'm aging backwards. The product should be about 2 to 3 dollars cheaper, but for what it's worth it has worked for me.

Alright, I am a believer. About 30 days in. Tremendous difference. Goes well with there DHEA suppliment too. Hitting 40. A change happened. Then I sprung back to life. I even use there creatine and nitric oxcide combo. I do construction. What can I say. HORBAACH is legit.

I recently started taking these capsules, I meant that I use to take them way back but discontinued .. I resumed a couple of days ago and the first thing I've noticed is that they lowered my BP i take 4 as directed on an empty stomach in the AM and when I checked my pm 12 hrs after its like 118/ 77. I also noticed in the mornings when o wake my BP usually be like 167/ 90 or sometimes higher but now praises to Jesus its lowering beautifully with this collagen, u am waiting to see how it works with my skin n hair then I will update my review.
