I'm following the 5 x 5 Stronglift program which requires heavy lifting 3 times a week including exercises such as dead lifts, squats, bench press and military press etc. After several weeks of this program I was starting to get soreness in my elbows and after watching a few youtube videos of professional lifters I decided to invest in some protection. I considered cheaper products but decided to pay a bit extra in the hope of getting a good quality product that would last. I was not disappointed. The Nordic sleeves are of exceptional quality, great fit as per the size guide and a very comfortable fit. They provide a good amount of support and keep your elbows and knees warm during the workout which is helpful to prevent injury. They are very easy to slip on and off which is a major advantage over wraps. I'm glad I bought these and would recommend to anyone for weight lifting or other sports requiring joint support.
