Works as you'd expect, Good quality
This works with the Pi. It works just as well as the original stock power supply I got with mine, it's not terribly expensive, it doesn't feel like it'll break at all and it doesn't overheat like some other power supplies do. You can also charge your phone with it, but I'd recommend having a separate dedicated charger for that with a cable that isn't directly attached to the wall brick.

The only reliable wall wort for a Pi 4, the Official power adapter.
I bought this to replace a power adapter that came in one of those Raspberry Pi 4 bundles you see everywhere. Those bundles often include cheap inferior products that don't meet the specifications they claim. One component that commonly falls short of expectations and performance are cheap wall worts/power adapters. Although my Pi4 seemed to be running well enough, there were frequent warnings in the logs about under voltage. If you buy an "official" Pi 4 power adapter from the Pi foundation then you don't need to worry about your trust being misplaced in an inferior product bundled by a shady seller. The funny part is they aren't even more expensive that the generic cheap junk that some try to pass off as suitable for the purpose. Save yourself some time, money, and hassle. Don't buy unofficial Raspberry Pi bundles with all those extras included because they are carving out a profit by giving you junk accessories. Buy a decent case (Flirc for example), get a genuine and high quality micro sd, and most importantly get a power adapter that actually achieves that power specs that are required and printed on the device. You are not saving money if you still have to buy these parts separately later.

The real thing. Works better than third-party adapters I've tried
This is the official Raspberry Pi power adapter. I had been using third-party ones (even ones from trusted resellers) and they always had issues popping up, usually indicated by under voltage warnings appearing in the system logs or at boot time. This adapter, while on paper perhaps being lower wattage than some of the no-name adapters, works perfectly. No under voltage issues, no random reboots. Plug it in and it simply works. What more do you need? This has a USB-C tip, I was able to use it with an older Pi by using a cheap USB-C to Micro USB tip adapter.

It does what it does
There not much to say here other than this is the official power supply for the Raspberry Pi 5. It fits well, and it works well. My only gripe is the adapter size. It’s on the larger size and often blocks the other two adjacent power strip slots. But I don’t know if this is a design problem or something that can’t be overcome when designing power supplies.

Good substitute power supply for Aura picture frame
I have an Aura picture frame. The 5 volt, 2.5 amp power supply died and the company does not sell spare parts. I tried powering the frame with a 3 amp USB power supply (wall wart charger). This would usually result in continuous restarts or the frame would run normally for a few minutes and then cut off. I felt that I needed "cleaner" DC power. I found this power supply for a great price. I figured if it could power a raspberry pi then it would probably work for my frame. This power supply is 5.1 vdc, 3 amp. I cut the USB-C tip off of the supply and spliced it to the cord from the Aura frame. It works perfectly!!!

Solid. Better than what came with a kit.
Used this to replace a LABISTS power supply that came with a kit. That supply caused low voltage warnings. However, this power supply has eliminated them entirely...so thus far, it's been perfect.
