Bought this specifically for my dog (with vet approval), and I’m honestly so impressed. Within a couple of weeks, I noticed a real difference in his mobility, he’s getting up easier, moving more comfortably, and even has a bit of that younger energy back. I can tell he has pain relief. It’s also just one small pill a day, which makes it super easy to give. I put it in a greenies pill pocket and he eats it right up, no swallowing issues. It works great! Genuinely did not expect to see this much of a change, but he’s clearly feeling better.

These pills are so great. They are small and you only need to take one a day. I finished the first bottle. I am re ordering. My knees are bone on bone. This product is very effective on joint pain. Trust me when I say I've tried everything. If you have knee pain, take a chance with these little pills. You won't regret it. I was taking OMEGA XL but you have to take at least 4 pills a day and more to start. It got very expensive and very little results.

My knee went from excruciating, 8 and 9 out of 10, with 10 being the highest in pain rating, to 2 to 3 out of 10, knee pain. A friend who is about 85 years old, and still working told me about Move Free. She is still a nurse at a clinic. She said she has been taking them for years and has no joint pain. She told me it would take about a month before I started seeing a difference. She bought me my first bottle. After 2 weeks, I noticed a major difference!!! I've been on them for about 4 months now and I'm not thinking about a knee replacement. After a month of taking them, I realized that I DID NOT DREAD going into the store and coming out of the store!!! When I get up to start walking I have some pain, and then I get mobile and move easily, with little pain. My husband was looking at a knee replacement but after taking these for about 2 months now, he has stopped complaining. Standard “Move Free Glucosamine” pills work better for me for some reason. Once the pain returned, I went back to the traditional ones. Hard to know how to rate. If it would have worked for me, I’d have given 5 stars. Yes, these were tempting with the smaller size.
