- Panasonic Vacuum Bag, Type C-5

This is a good stuff. I've used it for a long time. Not any issues. But I don't know how to discuss it. I just want to clean up the review. Because when I look at the review which hasn't reviewed that I will feel uncomfortable. That's it.

These are the "regular" bags, not the HEPA filtration bags (which were out-of-stock when I was ordering. The regular bags are fine and fit the vacuum just fine.

Just regular vacuum cleaner bag. Buy if you need it. Amazon the right place to buy what you need and get it fast.

Purchased my new Panasonic vacuum from Amazon and I love it. When I was ordering it the option to purchase additional bags came up so I bought them. Having the bags in my order history is such a convenience, no more hanging on to the old wrapper to go and search my local hardware store for the generic bag, I simply hit the button and a fews days later the correct bags arrive. Price is good and happily, no cost for shipping.

I have to agree with other posters who said that this type of bag isn't nearly as good as the cloth ones. I'm one who uses carpet powders on my carpeted floors and while vacuuming, I found that the powder ended up everywhere in the vacuum cavity and NOT into the bag! These bags might contain the dust the vacuum picks up, but that's about all. I think Panasonic might have to go back to the drawing board on this one...in the meantime, I'll have to bite the financial bullet and get the more expensive cloth bags.

I bought these replacement vacuum bags for my Panasonic canister vacuum. They are the same type of bag that came with the unit, so they work fine. I needed bags for weeks, but every time I was at a store, I had forgotten the name of the vacuum and the type of bag required. Ordering online from Amazon was much easier for me - no trips to the store, and the vacuum was right next to me for reference.

Remember when they only had PAPER vacuum bags? A lot of dust and dirt came out of the pores of the bag. Not these! Yes you pay more for them but you know what you are vacuuming up is STAYING inside the bag so you are not just doing a half....a job. I have not tried pricing these yet but Kenmore canister vacuum bags are the very same so they will fit your Panasonic vacuum also!!

They work well! Guess there's not much more to be said. Very little dust is released when I remove the full bag. I'm one of those folks who does not subscribe to the bagless vacuum craze, so I appreciate a filter bag that holds the fine dust--I really hate emptying those bagless bins and getting a face full of fine particulate crud!
