It has a lot of adjustment so it fits a wide range of cars. I have the 12" in my 2019 Tucson.

I would think so. I have a RAV4 and fits mine with extra space on each side. Left and Right sides expand out some.

Would this fit a 2013 nissan rogue? 16in or 12in?

I would measure and then check the pictures, they show height and min/max width
