I think these are pretty universal for Weber grills, but check if they mention which grills these are compatible with.

will they fit to Weber grill to side lid burner?

Not sure but probably. You may have to drill out the hole a tiny bit if not but they should work for any grill as a bumper.

Are these bumpers made out of silicon or rubber? If of rubber they are way too expensive because rubber get brittle and then crack/break.

I am not sure. All I know is that they last me about ten years and the reason I replace them is I, generally, knock them off while cleaning the grill. I have ordered more so I can replace them as needed. I hope this helps... BTW, they were more expensive from Vermont Castings...
