I ordered this book to help my son. He is in first grade at a school that uses this curriculum. He is a slow reader and was struggling to keep up in class as they would do these sheets. I was worried he wasn't really getting to understand and really learn the concept being taught. I asked his teacher if it would be okay to order this book and do the lessons with him ahead of time. She agreed it would be good for him. So far we have been doing this for a week and it has really helped him. The lesson's instructions are clear and don't take a long time, maybe 10-15 minutes depending on how well I can get my son to focus.

I bought this book for my 5 year old great Niece. When she started kindergarten, she could already read. Unless she was being challenged , she was very bored. I bought several Abeca books hoping she would be challenged. She enjoys working in the books. Very challenging material. I highly recommend!

This was my 1st year home schooling my 1st grader. Loved this book.

My daughter actually enjoys home school now thanks to many of the Abeka books!
