For a high performance Mustang GT Roush Supercharged!
Decided to try this oil filter for the first time. So far so good! I was using the Ford Motorcraft oil filters before. I don't know what the deal is but the filter was always dripping oil from the seal when it was time for an oil change. My guess is the engine is getting so hot that it's melting the round seal. Hopefully this Ford Performance filter does the trick. 5-stars for now but I really won't be able to fully judge it until the next oil change.

Definitely a quality part
Just feels thicker, tougher and assembled with better care than the FL500S I had been running. Fit fine on my 2019 Mustang GT without performance pack. They say it won't clear an oil cooler if you have the PP

Quality you can feel.
Nothing but the best for my mustang. When I saw them on special for $30 I picked up two of them. By far the cheapest price in Canada with prime shipping. The filter feels so much better quality than those crappy Fram ones. The casing is rigid, the filter inside is a quality one, and the gasket is non stick. It's physically heavier than cheap ones cuz of the quality inside it. Plus looks good under the hood.

Arrived well packed and ready to go. I use this filter on my 2014 Shelby GT500 and Only a few dealers carry this item but amazon got it here in a couple of days, no fuss and it was the right part

Extra protection for your high performance Mustang.
These filters are designed to filter more oil than the conventional Ford Motorcraft filters and at higher oil pressure resistance. I put this Ford Racing filter in my Supercharged 4.6 GT Mustang and Saleen Parnelli Jones Mustang. Those engines can be pricey and this gives them more protection.
