My cats prefer the fish variety (over the chicken), but either way they get very excited when I’m about to open a bag. The bags are clear and then inserted into a paper sleeve with a window, so you can see the actual product, which is nice since texture is important. I usually shake the bag well and then spread the bottom open, if that makes sense, so help release the product completely. Otherwise you might need a spoon to help get everything out. The quantity is right for my cats (one bag for both). It’s not cheap but it’s a once a day treat and wet cat food is not cheap in general. But this is a nice treat and it offers some hydration. 1/3 the price of a Starbucks coffee lol, and my cats are my babies, so quality comes over price. Overall happy

My cat lost interest in food, until he got his first taste of Applaws Natural Wet Cat Food in Gravy; what a difference in the ole' boy's appetite. Now, he waits at his dish for this favorite food!

When I bought my kitten from a breeder, I was told to only give him Royal Canin wet cat food. This didn’t make sense to me, as the ingredients didn’t seem completely wholesome. After trying different brands, the Applaws food is one that he completely devours and that I feel really good about. Few ingredients with chicken broth and then chicken being the first two listed, as opposed to water and pork/chicken byproducts along with guar gum, carrageenan, carob bean gum.

This cat food didn’t work for us because it contains thyme, which my cat absolutely refuses to eat. I tried to return it, but Amazon wouldn’t accept it, which was frustrating given the price. My cat actually loves the version without thyme, I just didn’t realize this one had it. I only ordered it through Amazon to get it faster, but I won’t be doing that again and will stick with Chewy, where returns are easier and I can get the right variety.

Both of our cats used to absolutely love these chicken & duck packets, but they've recently changed the amount of liquid in them. They used to be chicken & duck with broth but now the meat is swimming in broth. It really has effected how much our cats like them. What was once a favorite for both cats is now tolerable for the one & the other will nolonger touch it. It is incredibly hard to find good quality soft food & then when you do they make changes that your cats don't like making it even harder. Has the company ever heard the term finicky cat. It's stated for a reason, cats are not like dogs. Most don't like changes in their foods.

Contents of one pouch is ~2T. Divided between two cats it’s just enough to whet their appetites.

My cats eat fussie cat dry food. So they can be very picky, but they loved these. They have been eating these for years now. They LOVE the gravy it comes in!!!
