A good knife is bought once. This is very good knife and after buying this you wont be dissatisfied. Along with this a knife sharpening tool is recommended and I safely say that this knife will serve you for more than a decade.

Knife is great but sharped the blade in wrong direction

Surprised to see the sharpness gone within 1 month…Not worth to buy at that price…

I was given this knife as a gift, and I liked it right away. Straight out of the box, it’s very sharp. It started to dull after about three months, but a quick sharpening fixes that, and it feels like new again. It fits well in the hand, looks great, and I really like it.

Fantastic knife. Weight lends well to the ease of use for the knife. Reasonable size (what you’d expect for a Santoku). It holds an edge well, I’ve not yet had to sharpen it. It’s a Santoku so you can use it for almost anything and it’ll do it remarkably well, very versatile . It punches above its sale price, great value.

Super. Das Victorinox Santokumesser ist scharf ist leicht und liegt gut in der Hand. Ich habe extra das Modell mit Kullen gewählt, damit das Schnittgut nicht kleben bleibt. Der modifizierte Holzgriff wirkt hochwertiger als die Kunststoffversion und verträgt auch Wasser. Abtrocknen sollte man es dennoch beizeiten. Ich bin rundum zufrieden. Leider passte die zunächst bestellte Lederscheide nicht, da der Griff zu dick war für den Druckknopf. Der Ersatz aus ABS Kunststoff ist schick und erfüllt ebenso seinen Zweck. Klare Empfehlung von mir.
