## Description

Flex 'N Carry Laundry Basket - White Rubbermaid Home

Review: Great long lasting basket - This is a great laundry basket. I just purchased it for the second time. The first I got in 2014 and the handle just now broke, ten years later, and that is likely due to my habit of cramming it too full and forcing the handles together. It’s lightweight yet sturdy and makes toting laundry up and down two flights of stairs easy. It does hold a lot of clothes and the handles are comfortable. I hope this one lasts as long if not longer than the first. Definitely recommend this basket!
Review: Best basket I've ever owned - I'm pretty rough on my laundry baskets, so they all end up with duct tape holding them together. Then I saw a friend with this basket and decided to give it a try. It is next to impossible to find these in the store, so I ordered on desertcart. I took the chance and ordered 2, and I regret not ordering one more. These are large, lightweight, flexible and made from some sort of material that is not brittle like most laundry baskets. The best feature is that you can carry it like a purse or shopping bag, and have your other hand free to hold something else. Love, love, love these baskets, and will order one more.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What color is this laundry basket?**
A: Price at other stores..$8.00. Very same Rubbermaid basket. Beyond me why anyone would pay the rediculous price offered here. Got blue ones at Family Dollar. Looks like only white is sold at Amazon.

**Q: Country of origin?**
A: I bought mine a few years ago, label on it states "Made in USA with global components"....I love it, it is flexible and sturdy, holding up great, no offensive rubber/plastic smell.

**Q: Rubbermaid, buyers have complained for the last few years about the handles popping off. Do you intend to fix that problem??**
A: I tape the handles

**Q: How big of a load of laundry will the wide flexible bag hold? Have they fixed the problems with the handles coming off?**
A: This basket holds a load of laundry that will also fit in your washer. So, it will hold approx. 15 to 18 lbs or approx. 4.5 cubic ft. I followed another reviewer's suggestion and used duct tape wound through the handles. It works.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great item, I’m just afraid the handles are going to come off
*by T***I on May 17, 2026*

Really love this item. It seems to be good quality. It holds a ton of clothes and I love the shape of it. Overall it’s really sturdy. My only complaint is I sometimes feel like the handles are gonna come off when you have a lot of clothes in it and you pinch the top together.
