Perfect for Thickening
This potato flour is great for thickening sauces, cheese fondue, and gravies. It blends well, thickens well and creates smooth sauces. It is also perfect to add in with other gluten free flours to get a perfect blend. My only complaint and not enought to remove a start is that the paper packaging broke open in shipping. Luckily, it was also in a plastic bag. It was a little messy getting it transferred to a better container.. Great value and price.

Like other reviews says, this is potato starch not potato flour. Waste of time and money.

This is not flour, its is POTATOE starch False advertising. I wasted my money I want refund.. I want potatoe flour.

It is what it is. With shipping cost, it was very expensive. However, since it is not available wher I live, it the only way I can get it.
