Great Value, Great Taste
These are great, lightly battered, ready to go. I cooked some up in my air-fryer, easy peasy. Tossed them in with some sweet and sour sauce, tossed in some frozen stir fry veggies and some frozen pineapple (Whole Foods). Tomorrow going to try them in a Honey Walnut sauce. Did I mention the bag is resealable, I will definitely be buying these again.

Yum city!
Especially with the pandemic, these are awesome to keep in my freezer. We're isolating, & I don't really want to order takeout or delivery of chinese food. These are more economical anyway, & I can dress them up in many different ways. Sometimes I just dip them in lemon juice, Bragg's ACV, or coconut aminos. My favorite so far: Thai peanut sauce; almost dessert! I'm also keen to try a homemade General Gau's kind of sauce for them. Yum city, & versatile! At the end-of-pandemic party - whenever that may be - I'm going to serve this as an appetizer. Be well!

Delicious and simple to cook
Easy to make but they taste as if work has been done - which in has, except not by me.

Tasty but a little too much "boom" for the shrimp
These are tasty breaded and fried shrimp nuggets. They're pretty good with a little coconut aminos or some sugar-free sweet and sour garlic sauce. But there's a lot of "boom" in them. Probably too much boom to shrimp ratio, which is tough for a guy who is trying to reduce carbs at night. They're also relatively flavor-less. This is good if you want to mix in your own flavor but difficult if you just want to eat plain.

Won’t try it again
I cooked them in the oven, was expecting a sauce packet but there was none. It really didn’t have any flavor at all. I was expecting it to taste like bang bang shrimp from Bonefish Grill. Was very disappointed.

These are terrific
Bite sized tender shrimp covered in a light batter and cook very nicely in an air fryer. The package doesn’t include any sauce, so I made my own by adding red pepper flakes to store bought sweet and sour sauce. Turned out better than I expected and actually pretty yummy for a quick and easy meal. Will buy again for sure.

BUY THIS!!!!!!
This is a staple in our house...and our daughter has started making it a staple in hers as well. The shrimp is fabulous and we use it on salads and in Po Boys. Just bake as directed, toss in some Buffalo Sauce and serve on a toasted baguette with remoulade, lettuce and onions and you've got a crowd pleasing meal!

Get this on sale
For parties. Very fresh. The batter is light and fluffy. The shrimp are in large pieces rather than whole shrimp. They are not seasoned, so if you are making a sauce that is not salty, I would put a tiny dash of salt on them before cooking. Not sure where the name Boom Boom comes from. I have served these with either Spicy Mayo and also Asian creamy coconut sauce. I just wish they didn't use Soybean oil and that all the add ingredients were GMO.
