We use this as a training collar only and have NEVER used the shock part of the collar.Just the vibration set to 50 gives her enough of a surprise to make her come running back to us for comfort. Now, all we have to do is put it on her before she goes outside and she leaves the neighbors dog alone. We don't even need the vibration part. Sometimes I use the beep tone to get her attention when she ignores me.Overall good product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well *by B***D on October 5, 2024* Seems to work well. We had a prior version of this that our dog seemed to respond to more but we lost the charger for it and had to get this one. I like that the collar has a separate button for each mode but both of the collars we received respond to the #2 setting and #1 is pointless. Good value for the cost and the range is good. The charge lasts over a week each since we only need minimal corrections. I also like that the size adjustment for the collar is a simple pull strap instead of the belt style our old one was.
