Makes my feet soft
Great foot cream that makes my feet nice and soft. I have tried lots of different foot creams and I rate this as the best so far in terms of the effect on my feet. Use sparingly after a nice bath and it rubs in nicely if you don’t put on too much. I would say a pea size amount is about right for each foot, otherwise you may get a white residue for a while when trying to rub it in. The scent is neither good nor bad but to be honest I am not fussed, as once applied I put socks on and that’s the last I think about it. From then on it’s about the job it does and this does it well. Updated 30th June 2022. My feet have improved so much using this cream. My wife now uses it daily and she says it is the best she has used and she has purchased so many brands over the years. One bit of advise that I find useful. Apply at least 30minutes before going to bed as it takes time to be absorbed by skin. It makes you feel like you have cold wet feet otherwise in bed which is not nice.

Works well but not moisturising...
Cream quality good. Tea tree ingredient cooling. A mild and pleasant smell. I prefer a more surface moisturising feeling product, a bit greasy 👍, this product within a minute was absorbed into skin. Just down to preference ☺️ . Good value but not for me.

This stuff works like magic
I don’t write many reviews but this cream is worth one. It only came this morning and I had open bleeding cracks on my heels that were REALLY painful despite my application of Nappy crème and Vaseline and another heel balm since they appeared. I’ve applied this product twice during the day and the cracks are starting to heal over and no longer painful and the skin on my feet is noticeably softer. Excellent value for money and it really does work. I shall continue using this product regularly. I found the smell pleasant and lightly antiseptic and fresh and the texture does not leave a greasy residue nor does it have a watery feel. It leaves the feet feeling pleasantly refreshed after application. Well worth the money and I’m sure it works better than other more expensive heel balms

Pleasant enough
Not too sure if this really contains 30% urea as not as effective as other brands . However it dispenses from container easily , smells pleasant and absorbs easily

Wow! Yes! I’m gonna eulogise.
I’ve had a problem area of dry/thick skin one foot for years. Multiple podiatrists have spent many a hour hacking at it in addition to my 10 mins every few days, only for it to come back instantaneously. No cream seemed to work and my foot doctor suggested I take an oral medication to help clear it. I wasn’t keen so furious googling led me to believe a cream containing urea was the answer. I found this product on special offer. There’s a lot of it for the price and while it’s 30% urea (I’ve seen 40% at much higher prices) the value proposition made me take a punt. I cannot believe the improvement in just over a week. My feet feel as soft as they have ever felt and it seems to stop the production of hard skin so that when I file my feet, I’m not dealing with regrowth. It comes in a pump bottle which is so much easier that a metal or plastic tube, and the smell is a little intense but I find it pleasant. After use my feet actually tingle. I’m not sure if this is a good or bad thing but the effect seems negligible. In closing I’d say, if your podiatrist tries to flog you CCS foot cream, tell them where to go and buy this.

Effective for cracked heels.
I have thick dry skin on my feet which cracks when not treated with urea cream. I’ve been using other brands for cracked heels etc which are very effective but cost about £15 for a tube. This is half the price and just as good. The cracks in my feet have sealed up in 48 hours. The packaging seems very upmarket (unusual for a foot cream!) and the pump dispenser is handy. The consistency is more of a lotion than a cream but it works just the same so that doesn’t bother me. On application it has that slightly chalky feel you get with urea creams, but it leaves a nice silky feeling to your skin after a while. Some people mentioned in their reviews that they don’t like the smell but I don’t mind it. It is described as lemon but it reminds me more of a posh bathroom fragrance. And since it’s on my feet, covered by socks or a duvet I don’t think it’s very obvious anyway. I’ll definitely buy this again. It does the job, comes in a bigger bottle and costs less than other urea foot cream, what’s not to like??

Good stuff, not as effective for me as flexitol
It is not unpleasant smelling as some have stated. It does soften feet, but I find I have to reapply more often than Flexitol, its not as thick in consistency more of a lotion than a cream. Having said that, my dry foot skin gets extreme with painful cracks so probably very effective for normal dryness good value for money as its so much bigger than Flexitol and the pump is great
