Extremely poor packaging. I thought the product came used, but now I’m thinking that the items may have came out of the box multiple times. They are dirty and have light scuffs as if they were dropped on the floor. I hope no pieces are missing and this review can ensure the next order is sealed properly because this was very disappointing.

Nothing wrong with the product, but it isn't great for UPS labels as other reviewers have stated, which is why I bought it. The guides are useless because the diameter of the inner roll is too large. I don't know for sure yet, but when I put a new roll on, it probably isn't going to fit either. Just FYI for people using those labels!

If you are using the super large roll from UPS, then this is your best friend to set up your thermal label roll. The large roll fits perfectly and allows our rollo printer works smoothly.

Super easy to put together and well made. Sturdy enough to hold a heavy role.
