Can you put a metal food container inside?

I use the aluminum pans because they cheap and work great. I’m sure you could use a metal pot if you have one small enough

where can i get fuses for this lunch box?

if i remember it's just a regular automotive fuse. go to the auto parts store

What size pan I can use

You can use a disposable aluminum 2 pound pan.
