I retired this spring at age 61 and started taking two Nutriissa CocoaVia Flavanol Extract after eating breakfast. I weigh around 175 pounds. I walk daily for an hour each day and I walk at a brisk pace. I can say these supplements are helping with my memory recall. It has been about 4 months. I began seeing an improvement with my memory in about 60 days. I will continue using these daily and will update my review if I notice any changes. These supplements are easy to swallow with water. I feel they are quality made

I've been taking this for years. It's backed by scientific studies. However, when I stopped for 6 months, I did not see any difference. Don't know if I'll continue. ConsumerLab has tested it for quality, lack of heavy metals, purity, etc. and it passes. Most cocoa, especially dark chocolate, contains cadmium, a harmful heavy metal taken up from the soil. This is processed so it does not; it's one of the few.

I’m 76 and sometimes worried of memory loss. I’m hoping CocoaVia rich in flavonoids will contribute to my brain health. At the moment I feel more energized, could be the caffeine.

In a effort to improve my cardio an brain function, I began taking CocoaVia, about 6 months ago. In my opinion it has helped!

Perfect high quality dark chocolate in capsule form. You could take 2 a day as it says, but I loosen the 2 capsules and empty into yogurt or hot chocolate. Yum. Good for heart and brain.

I am not sure if I feel any different taking this supplement. And it's kind of pricy too.

I like the fact that I can take a supplement to help maintain good brain and heart health. I'm 83 years old and still going strong! Of course there are other things that I take as well, Carlton's fish oil, Mega Resveratrol, Eye Promise for eye health, victims A, D, B-6, B-12 and a couple of prescriptions for cardio vascular issues and A1C maintenance. It's a bit expensive but what am I going to do with the money if I don't maintain my health and die early? Cleve Fair
