Great little paint pen it really does well matching factory finish on an ar15 super nice if you need to touch up areas on your bang toys and like it says it really is super black

Awesome pen. Used to patch up part of my receiver. Make sure you choose the right one (gloss vs flat black). The material will protect exposed surfaces. Can be removed with enough elbow grease, but will hold up if the patched area isn't subject to extensive abuse. The applicator tip has a tendency to fall out, so just make sure you have the cap on when shaking it before you apply it.

Pen didn't work. Too old? Mixing ball rattled, added thinner per instructions. Could not get it to work. Product is non-returnable. So I wasted $11.00. I bought a cheaper one at a big box store for under $4.

Works so well

I keep one of these on hand to fill in scratches to prevent corrosion. Typically I most use it to fill in scratches if I use a barrel vise and get a gouge on the barrel I need to fill in. It works great, stands up to the heat but it does dry out pretty easily so you have to store it properly

Works well for touch ups

This touch-up pen worked out very well for me. I’ve used it over a dozen times now, on different occasions, and it hasn’t dried up on me yet. The paint forms a nice hard layer that sticks well to metal - much nicer than taking a sharpie marker to a scratch. I haven’t had any issues getting the paint flowing after weeks of not using it. The black perfectly matches my airguns. I’m very satisfied.
