These dumbbells are pretty big in size and hence can give a very good exercise in water as they have very good resistance. Greatly help in strengthening arm muscles

These weights are great for using in the pool. If you keep your arms & hands under the water, it is easier to use them.

Simple to use and as pictured. Packaging could be better as they were shipped in a plastic bag with no protection but they were luckily fine. They work great for hydrotherapy.
