OutersPhosphor Bronze Brush, Brush Chamber 12 Ga

I didn't know if there was such a thing as a shotgun chamber brush but I figured if there is I can find it on Amazon. I wanted one to make sure I have the chambers of an over/under shotgun clean to insure good ejection. The bore brush is too small for the chambers of course and with out making a real effort to scrub the chamber, brushing the bore does very little for the chambers. I had one issue of a sticky ejection on a recent pheasant hunt and wanted to make sure it didn't happen again. The chambers of my gun are not rough and this brush would not do much if anything for a rough chamber. Amazon does sell brushes for that as a matter of fact. No this was a case of my cleaning the shotgun but just not really getting the chambers clean and maybe not getting the extractors/ejectors as well lubricated as I should. Anyway this brush is the proper size for a 12 gauge chamber. It's tight enough to scrub the chamber but is easy to withdraw from the chamber. It's a well made, USA made brush.

Get the plastic residue out,worked great.

Brush was wore needed one to replace it. It fits the cleaning rods I've hard over 20 years. Good product. I Would buy this brand again. Thanks..🇺🇸

These brushes do a great job of making sure the chamber is clean and smooth. Fits all standard cleaning rods. I was surprised at how much 'stuff' came out of the 12 gauge chamber when using this product. Having a clean chamber will certainly make shell extraction easier for both autos and over/unders. This is now something I'll use every time after shooting.

Got the job done on 12ga.

Looked for this for quite a while. This was the first in stock. As hard as I tried to clean the chamber, I assumed it was at least close to right. After a few passes with this, a patch came out clean. When firing 2 1/2' shells that extra little 1/2" space in my 3" chamber fouls enough to keep 3" shells from chambering and ejecting easily. The fouling also promotes oxidation.

Purchased 12 gauge and the diamator was too large and got stuck in barrel. Poorly made!
