Surprisingly good for a sugar free muffin. Even better if you warm them for a few seconds. Might try a different flavor next time.

This is unique among many ketogenic foods I have tasted in having a perfect/genuine taste and texture. Really moist. Just like eating 'real' strawberry muffins. You don't even notice the lack of fruit because of the great flavor and texture. A necessary faint aftertaste due to the artificial sweetening, but that can't be helped. Probably the best-tasting ketogenic food that Amazon sells. Rather expensive, but worth it, and the price will come down if there is ever any competition from other companies.

I've eaten two of these muffins so far and I have yet to see/taste one chocolate chip (as shown in the picture). The overall taste is fairly bland but edible. The texture is a little dryer than a regular muffin but again it was edible. The cost (with shipping) was $16 for 6 muffins which comes out to be 2.67/ea. That's about what you'd pay at a bakery. Seems expensive but not overly offensive. I think adding some butter to a warmed muffin (which if you're on a low carb diet is OK) or adding just a teaspoon/smear of frosting would improve these muffins to a 4.5 star rating. I like the idea these are premade so I can grab-n-go. However, I have to say I like Doctor Carbrite's Chocolate Chip Brownie Mix (which obviously, you have to make from the mix) better. The overall flavor is better, has better texture, and has chocolate chips throughout. They have 1 net carb per one inch square so the carbs are about equal. Will I buy these again? Maybe. I'm going to look around and see if I can find them in stores first.

THESE WILL KEEP YOU OUT OF KETOSIS. Cappuccino flavor tasted HORRIBLE but since it’s pricey I ate one a day. Lord. After a week, I gained 3 pounds. Then, I realized, look at the ingredients?!? almond meal,eggs,canola oil, erythritol,sucralose(sweeteners) cream of tartar,baking soda,natural & artificial flavors SUCRALOSR WILL TAKE YOU OUT OF KETOSIS. What a horrible misleading company. Never again.

These muffins are very good and low carb. Have been ordering for quite a while and we are always pleased with them.

These shocked me. I've been doing Atkins for years and have tried just about every low carb replacement product out there. I've found a few here and there that taste ok, but when they taste good enough, they always trigger huge sugar cravings in me and sabotage me so badly that they're not worth it. These not only taste absolutely amazing, but they did not trigger my cravings at all. I'm pre-diabetic and have insulin resistance. I'm not at the stage where I officially have to track my blood sugar, but all I can assume is that these did not affect my levels. They kept me even. If you're on the fence, believe me it's worth giving them a try. I'm not easily pleased. I'm the ultimate skeptic. I've tried so many of these low carb bread type products where there were reviews with people saying how fantastic they were and how they were just like regular bread...BS! These are not just like a decadent muffin you would get at a coffee shop. Come on, what do you expect. However, they are the most normal tasting sweet breakfast food I've ever had while on my diet. You have one of these warmed up a little bit with a smidge of butter or cream cheese...wow! I sometimes eat them as dessert too. I've had the cinnamon, the chocolate, and the marble. My favorite is the cinnamon. I agree with everyone else that the marble is better than the regular chocolate. I have to tell you what happened with my first order. I was so annoyed because I was so excited to get them, and they didn't come and didn't come. It's not prime shipping, so I just figured it was going to be the last possible day. Well, they still didn't show up. I was really mad. I contacted Carb-O-Licious. They are wonderful. They were so apologetic even though it ended up not being their fault at all...the post office lost and beat up the package...it randomly arrived a week later. They resent the package overnight. I've never had a problem since. My orders always arrive very quickly. I do recommend that you freeze these. They will last a long time in the freezer...I don't know exactly how long cause I always eat them within 2 weeks! If you're struggling on your low carb/low sugar diet, these might help. They're not the answer to everything, but they are a nice treat!
