I genuinely enjoy these beans for espresso. On my breville machine they are very easy to dial in. Perfectly balanced flavor profile wjrh notes of dark chocolate. Very affordable as well!

Fantastic coffee! I’m a “coffee-snob” Not a fan of the trendy coffee brands. Small company. Doing it correctly and consistently. -a tasty and robust pleasure. Flavor is exactly where you expect. I use an Aero Press. Perfect cup every time. Good quality beans and a good company!

I would give it five stars, but each bag is different in quality, I wish the coffee came in a light-blocking foil bag, but it comes in a labeled, clear plastic bag, which I'm betting has something to do with the quality variances, a couple years ago I purchased many different coffee brands trying to find this exact flavor, and I was so pleased with with taste and value, that I deleted the rest of my list and ended my search, I'll continue buying this coffee, but some bags have coffee beans that are very dry with little to no oils, and some bags have coffee that tastes stale, I've observed these differences with the first batch coming out of a new bag, so I know it's not due to my storage practices, sometimes I open a new bag and I can easily see the beans look dried out and old with diminished aroma, maybe it's an Amazon storage issue 🤷🏽‍♀️ I plan to look for smaller bags through Amazon or look around other places to find fresher options of this coffee, if that doesn't help, I think I might take up my search again ☹️ quality should vary this much between bags

We love this coffee and it is difficult to find in whole bean.

I ordered the San Francisco blend because I prefer dark roasts. The pictures how beans with a lot of oil which makes for a good cup of coffee. The bag I got was just beyond medium with dry beans and no oil and very little bubbles on pour over which suggests this is not fresh roasted. The taste is ok, nothing to write home about. I cannot detect any distinct notes. The flavor is more akin to you typical grocery store coffee. It's not bad and satisfies the morning caffeine craving. Will I buy it again? Probably not but that doesn't mean it's not worth the money. I prefer the roast a little darker and my choice of beans are African and Asian blends.

I like to see shiny, oily, almost black colored beans when I open a bag of whole bean coffee. I know then that it is roasted the way I like it. I use the Organic Rainforest Blend in my Keurig coffee maker so I purchased the Organic Rainforest Blend whole bean for my percolator coffee maker. Great cup of coffee! Not overly dark but on the heavier medium side, smooth, and lots of flavor. The San Francisco Organic Rainforest Blend is the only coffee for me!
