Great product
Love it! It is a bit smaller than I was thinking but it isn’t an issue since I only have one bunny and she is out of her cage during the day. So this is just for her to go potty in, eat and sleep in! I have a Holland lop bunny and there’s no way I would put more than one rabbit in the cage though. The cage looks adorable and functions well! I love all the doors that open to make it easy to clean and get stuff in or remove things! Also love the fold down ramp that makes it easy for my bun buns to come out! My only complaint was that the wire piece that goes on the bottom of the cage was all bent/warped. My husband had to bend it back so it would lay flat and the bunny wouldn’t trip or get poked. Not sure how it got bent during shipping being that the pieces were all flat and the wire bottom was in the middle in hard foam. Regardless, it was an easy fix and I’m very happy with the cage!

Crappy Quality... Don’t Buy It!
***Update as of 11/29/20. Don’t even bother buying this product. On top of the issues I listed below… after a few months of use I am very unhappy with the bunny hutch that I ordered from you. I got a small partial refund for it before because it was hard to get together and the parts broke during assembly. If you buy this you HAVE to treat/waterproof the wood before assembl. If you don’t you can’t wash the hutch out with soap and water without ruining the wood. You also can’t clean it with any kind of chemical cleaner either. Honestly had I known about the quality of the product was I would have NEVER have purchased it. I’m telling everyone on here and everyone I know to not purchase your product. I am very unhappy with the bad quality of it and have to get another one to replace it. READ BEFORE YOU BUY! Poor quality hardware and wood. Not worth what you pay for it. What I like: It’s cute looking little rabbit hutch. Has the floor grate and removable tray, has little wheels so you can move it around, it is very close to the ground. What I don’t like: WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what it is. The quality of wood it’s made out of is bad. When putting it together with the screws that they included they were too big and split the wood. The hinges on it are not the right size or type of hinge for the roof of the little house adding pressure to the screws that split the wood. You can only open the roof of the little house up about 5 inches before the wood splits because of the screws and hinges. This is not an easy to assemble. You really need to glue it together with wood glue. Or better yet just buy a better quality rabbit hutch. This is NOT for a large rabbit, better for a smaller dwarf size bunny. Also if you use any type of sanitizer to clean the surface of it (as you should) it takes the wood stain right off. Unfortunately when we put it together we had a lot of issues with the wood being bad quality. I can’t return it because we desperately needed it for the rabbit and because of Covid Quarantine we cant go out and get a rabbit hutch locally or easily return the one we got from Thai company here on Amazon so we’re stuck with this bad quality broken one. Don’t waste your money on this one. Overall I’m VERY unhappy with it.

"Wonderful, well made cage"
I researched at least 50 different hutches and am so glad I chose this one. My main attraction beside the price was that it had a grate over the pull out trays. Rabbits are very clean animals and should not have to walk on their feces so that prevents that. My bunny is box trained but stuff gets thrown everywhere regardless. The other reviews were mostly positive and as far as the negative ones, I think some people are always going to find something to complain about. My step-father put it together for me while I was at work and he said it was actually the first thing he has enjoyed putting together in years because it was so easy. The instructions were perfectly laid out, no missing parts and everything lined up perfect. This man can do anything or build anything so if he was impressed, then that is worth a million. It is heavy and very sturdy. It is also ADORABLE! As you can see in the pics, you can access it at every angle. This is helpful when trying to catch a new bunny as well as cleaning it in every little spot. I am getting a new bunny in a few days so the only thing that has been in it is my 5lb Yorkie...lol. I don't like to keep my bunnies cages so they get to run around half of the house but their cage is their safe haven and being predators they love an enclosed area to be in at times. My other bunny likes to get under chairs to rest...I suppose that would keep an owl or hawk from swooping down and carrying him off. The closed in area with the hay rack is perfect. I currently have a 3lb bunny and the new one won't be as large and they would both fit easily but there again I don't believe in keeping them that confined. Bunny's love to jump, do zoomies and bink around so that would be hard to do with 2 in the cage. It is just as the description says. The wood is sturdy and there wasn't any splintered or chipped wood. I really can't say enough good things about this enclosure. And like some other sellers, I was not offered any special offer for giving a good review. This is all true!

Wire base is not good for rabbit feet- even big ones
Was simple to put together but we did need to use a drill. Cute space for the bunny. The shingled roof sheds tiny pellets everywhere. I have a mini lop, who is quite large, and his feet were visibly uncomfortable on the wire bottom. We need to buy a plastic mat to protect his feet. Its looks nice, but very little head space, and poor wire mat.

Best Cage for the $ - Easy to Clean
Our lionhead rabbit has been using this cage for 5 months. I like the appearance and ramp to allow the rabbit to go in and out (she is trained to only go potty in the cage). I also like the grated bottom and the ease of cleaning. We clean it daily and line the pan with newspaper and put a large clump of critter care natural pet bedding in the corner (under the grate - see picture). That was our solution to the pee seeping in the wood and between the tray and onto the floor. Since that adjustment we’ve loved the hutch. The pee does drip down onto the floor without that barrier. We still place a towel under the cage to protect wood floors. I’ve looked for other cages and the price, appearance and ease of cleaning makes this the best one I could find. I do wish the wood was stronger (she chews it) but it isn’t affecting the structural integrity. A wheel broke off when we moved it along concrete so be careful with movement. All in all, a very good cage compared to what is available. I ordered the larger size and it was delivered this morning. (We will keep this smaller one elsewhere in the house so she has 2 options) I will post a review of that once we’ve assembled it.

Excellent product
Beautiful hutch I got for my quail. Arrived quickly and took maybe 30 minutes to put together. Will definitely be ordering another one

Decent for the price so far
I don’t yet have my bunny in the house as I pick him/ her up in a couple days so I’m pleased with the timing of the arrival of the bunny house I would never recommend this house to be used for outside use it’s not predator proof or weather proof. Some of the pieces did come slightly damage but since in a time crunch I didn’t send it back and will make it work it was very easy to assemble the roofing material does make a mess just a heads up! But it does look cute once assembled! Oh it also Has a weird odor recommend setting up several day prior to putting your bunny in it to let it air out! Hope my daughter like her early Christmas gift! Update after having our bunny for almost a month now the house has held up good and works for the post part pee does come out the bottom and goes around the pan and onto the floor often and a lot so line the floor with pee pads under the gage. also the front grate part sags in front of the door causing risk of bunny getting feet stuck and injured so I took a small wood shim and glued it on to support the grate from sagging. Isn’t an ideal bunny house using it short term till spring and bunny is older and bigger to go outside I clean it every 3 days more pee on the floor then in the pan if this is a long term bunny house not sure I would recommend it. Maybe a large dog tray and set it under the entire house to prevent leaks

So far so good
We received this hutch with all the pieces in good condition, it was pretty easy to set up following the directions and if something wasnt lining up it just meant it needed to be turned around and would slip in just fine. We have a 7 month old mini lop, for size reference. So far so good. Ill report back in a few months with how it holds up.
