ADC Adscope 606 Ultra Lightweight Cardiology Stethoscope with Tunable AFD Technology, 28 inch Length, Metallic Caribbean

This is a decent stethoscope, but I will note I am a student in Respiratory Therapy school and do not use this stethoscope professionally. I use it frequently for auscultation of breath sounds. The cardiac sounds are very loud and clear but not significantly so over breath sounds when using the diaphragm. When using the bell it is my best stethoscope for heart sounds. The only negative I could list for the scope is the length of the lumen is a bit short. I knew that going into it but realize it is significantly shorter than my other stethoscopes. The weight of this stethoscope is extremely light, shockingly so. Staff on the floors have used my scope and love how light and the sound picture of the scope. Granted it is best to use every stethoscope you can to judge them, but if you are looking for a lightweight cardiac stethoscope this scope is pretty decent.

Awesome scope. Very good acoustics and still light weight. I wear it around my neck all day I should know. I've been getting away with cheapo stethoscopes for 5 years of nursing and now that I have this I just wish I would have bought it earlier. If you don't care about the weight then get the version with the stainless steel head. Acoustics are supposed to be even better.

Sounds fine for me. I wish the ear things were a bit softer or squishier.

Great quality, light weight and also work great. Sound is very clear. Ear pieces are soft and comfortable. Color a bit darker than the picture as show above (not baby pink, it's PINK), very shimmer look so metallic. I love it!!! Has been using this from 2017 until now(2024), still great quality. Clear sound, better than all classic littman that hang around in my hospital. For the past 7 years, one side of the earpiece got deform and had a hole in it so i changed with the one included in the box and it works fine. The diaphragm piece is slightly deform, maybe because i keep it inside a car which park outdoor in the hot sunny days for many years. Even so, it still work fine.

I love my stethoscope. I have received a lot of complements on it too. I ordered the pink color, which is not as metallic as the picture shows. WHEN you look closely there are tiny shimmer particles throughout the tubing, and the binaurals have a chrome silver finish. The pink is a color is very pretty, it's not baby pink, more of a pinky purple. I love it! The sound is very clear. I don't have any trouble distinguishing the sounds. The earpieces are comfortable, and the stethoscope is very light weight. Please, keep in mind that this is my first stethoscope. Therefore, I can't compare it to other brands. I did receive a free stethoscope from my school. I used it once, and went back to my ADC, I just couldn't hear anything. So at least I know it works better than that scope.

This stethoscope is not worth the money. My litthmann classic II is better than this. I tried to switch out the ear pieces to get a better seal, but i could not hear heart sounds that well at all compared to my classic II. The light weight of this stethoscope is awesome and I love the tactical look. If your going for fashion this is the stethoscope for you! I bought this in place of a master litthmann because I heard good things about adscope and how it was comparable. I know everyone has their own preferences when it comes to stethoscopes, but this was not for me. I am returning this one and buying the master cardiac litthmann from amazon. I really wish this stethoscope had worked out. I gave this product three stars because the seal was good, the light weight of the stethoscope, and the look. I just wish it would have auscultated better.

I Like the color of this stethoscope! i got it in the breast cancer awareness pink version. The sound quality isn't terrible, but it isn't as loud as I would like. I would definitely give this one a shot, if you don't need a louder stethoscope. I would recommend the ADC 603 for that! its louder, and cheaper!
