Perfect for my small office

The product has no funtionality as presented. Very poor video and audio when it comes to guality and or garbage!

Other reviews didn't like the fact that you needed a power supply at each unit. Since I was using existing wiring from an old intercom installed in 1992, I had and 18GA power wire to each unit, so I just plugged one power supply into a wall socket in the basement and connected the old power wires to it. It seems to be working very well. Time will tell if the power supply will hold up to all three units. Update 04/03/24. It has been over three months and everyone seems to still be happy. No tenant complaints.

I have to update my rating now that one of my tenants informed me that her bell has stopped working just 3 short months after installation of this intercom system. My previous review was given only a couple weeks after installation, when everything was working properly. This is disappointing; a three month shelf-life is unacceptable for the price point.

From the picture and description it didn’t tell you that the monitor inside the house needs to be plugged in, I had to get an electrician to add 3 outlets. I forgot all about the motion detection because it doesn’t work. You can see outside from the screen if you press the button, that’s it tho. During the day the screen is clear however the night vision has a static look to it.
