Decent tablets for the price, had joint pains in my ankles and shoulder blades, these seem to have worked wonders for it. Also used to suffer with cramp in my toes, but these seem to have cured that too, bonus!!. Away from helping with joint pain, these are also great for your health, its amazing what turmeric can do for your body. The taste can be a bit over powering, but hey what do people expect, its turmeric!! - the best way to take them is by putting the liquid your taking them with in your mouth first, and then popping the tablet in and swallow, that way you avoid the taste - its not rocket science!!!!!

I noticed that my shoulder joints in my arms were getting quite sore, even though in every day life I do a lot of movement. I was told that the black pepper added empowers the results of the turmeric. I’ve been using it now for nearly 2 months and I’ve certainly noticed a difference. Definitely worth buying trying.
