I hate labels, so call it Metal or whatever. Its good hardcore metal to me. Wish the guys coulda put out more than the two records they did. "Drug Your Love" is my favorite hard hitting track.

Great metal album

Super Ritual !
This is a great debut album but for a short live band that was huge in the early 2000's ! The best songs on this album that i recommend are Fuck Your Enemy, The Alcoholic, It Takes no Guts !

Bites Down to the Bone.
This beautiful example of Hard Core Punk mixed with Deep Hard Rock is just what the Dr. ordered. It's been a very long time since I've been this satisfied with a hard-core band. If you're looking for substance mixed with anarchy, this is it! No one could bring this together as well as the "take no mercy" volcals of Phil Ansemo. (Also recommended is Superjoint Ritual's "A Lethal Dose of American Hatred")

パンテラの「鎌首」（含む）以降が気に入らなかった人間にとって、このフィルのキレっぷり＆怒涛のスピード感は溜まらない美酒！ 旋律もワンパターンではなく、かなりの練りこまれようで、耳慣れしてしまってハードコアが楽しくなくなった、とか、 乱造なメタル・コアにウンザリしている連中などもこれを聴いてしまえば大満足間違いナシ！ともかく傑作！ 後期パンテラよりも個人的には推し盤として挙げたい！ 廃盤になる前に日本盤でのご入手を！

What to say or what not to say, bad-ish bits are yes the album is a bit top loaded but take nothing away from this album. This is how metal should be, it's raw and powerful. I'd go so far to say if you like the genre and you don't own/appreciate this album it would be hard to take your opinion seriously. This is a skull badgering, assault that makes you want to go a little bit ape...gran two machine guns and ride a horse through fire...nough said!

Phil Anselmo se lâche sur ce side project...Pantera est toujours d'actualité, mais le kid a besoin de nouvelles expériences...Après le Stoner/ Sludge de DOWN, on en vient à cette perle mêlant le tout à un hardcore/punk pas piqué des hannetons !!! Ca tabasse dur et on en redemande !!!
